CRAFT WORK QUALITY
The craft work quality distinguishes itself by the rigorous selection of the raw materials, the manual making process, the lack of preservative and artificial colouring and the rigorous control of the master craftsman in all the elaboration process.
The Government of Navarre has imposed regulations to control the farm-produce craft industry and only the firms that have the logo Alimentos Artesanos de Navarra adapt themselves to the requirements imposed by our region.
Given the evolution of our firm, of the systems used in the elaboration process, the Government of Navarre, by regional order dated 25/09/95, has granted this firm the "Farm-Produce Craft-Work Firm Diploma".
Likewise, the master craftsman is responsible for all the elaboration process of the firm and for the quality controls which are made both in our laboratories and in the National Technical Center of Vegetable Canned Food-Laboratories of the Ebre. This guarantees the final result : high-quality gastronomic products from Navarre, elaborated by craftsmen, as the most hard to please palates demand it.
