They are elaborated according to traditional methods with typical vegetables from the Ribera of Navarra.
Our cream-soups are associated to fast and easy, but with a great quality meals.You can find a big range of tastes, like artichoke, asparagus, zucchini,…that give you a smooth texture and a delightfull product.
Our cream-soups can help people without enough time for cooking but with an exigent palate. ANKO, following his innovator mind, but without forgetting his artisan character, presents his different tastes. All of them have been elaborated carefully and they are the following ones; Artichoke, Zucchini, Asparagus, Vegetables, Tomato, The Spanish Country Vegetables Soup (made with cardoons, white beans, carrots,…), Pumpkin, Leeks with potatoes, Chickpeas, Mushrooms and Onion. All of them have been elaborated with Navarra’s valley vegetables.
Each cream-soup is different and his taste makes him special.
The difference between our soups and the typical ones is that our soups are elaborated with natural vegetables and following artisan methods.
