Asparagus are one of the most characteristic products in Navarra. They are well-regarded as a delicious product and always associated with the most delicate and refined meals.

    White asparagus grows  under the land so it doesn't receive the sunlight. Its harvesting es hard and they have to be picked by hand, one by one.

   To avoid that customers mistake these asparagus with others from different countries, the Denomination of Origine certifies its provenance by means of one label with the logo of the Denomination and one little numbered label.
