Mousses have been always associated to the kitchen with subtle and creamy recipes. It’s a great blend of ingredients like Piquillo peppers, asparagus, artichokes, … with eggs and cream. We’ve got a creamy and spongy final product with a delicious taste. Mousse is a product which invites you to be original in the kitchen because you can get amazing tastes. ANKO, following his innovator mind, but without forgetting his artisan character, presents his different tastes. All of them have been elaborated carefully, and they are the following ones; Piquillo peppers, Asparagus and Artichoke Mousse. All of them have been elaborated with Navarra’s Valley vegetables. Each Mousse is different and his special taste makes him unique. Generally, they’re specials, as an appetizer, if you want to surprise your customers before having a business lunch.
