BORAGE

viñetaCook the borage in its own juice, drain and add olive oil.

viñeta Cook the borage in its own juice and drain. Cook some chopped garlic in olive oil, add steamed potatoes according to taste and serve hot.

viñetaIn a frying pan, heat olive oil and add 2 cloves of garlic. Remove the garlic when browned. Drain the borage and cook it over low heat in the same oil. Add a whisked egg, season and stir well. Sprinkle a tablespoon of breadcrumbs on top and brown in the oven.
