In a frying pan, heat olive oil and add 2 cloves of garlic. Remove the garlic when browned. Drain the borage and cook it over low heat in the same oil. Add a whisked egg, season and stir well. Sprinkle a tablespoon of breadcrumbs on top and brown in the oven.
